KPI Recruiting are exclusively working with an extremely well known, reputable firm based in the heart of Crewe.

Due to continued growth and expansion we are looking for a confident and outgoing candidate to join our global leading client at their head office in Crewe.

You will have a good understanding of Excel and exceptional organisation skills as you will be supporting the Call Centre team with all of their administration requirements along with another member of staff.

This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a lively, fast paced environment and someone who enjoys assisting others to achieve a seamless process.

Perfect opportunity for a candidate with a solid administration background and someone who is ready and willing to help others!

Duties will include (but are not limited to)

  • Your role will be purely administrative and supportive
  • Liaising between different departments for a variety of duties
  • Communication is key
  • Processing applications
  • You will need to have experience with Excel
  • You will be carrying out all background & credit checks on customers
  • You must not have any criminal convictions and a clear credit history (ideally you will have a DBS)
  • This role as is a keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task
