Duties:

 

Administrator 

Location: Newcastle Under Lyme 

Salary: £25000 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a supportive, fun and forward thinking organisation based on the outskirts of Newcastle Under Lyme. 

Duties 

  • Processing orders for pumping stations and associated items
  • Control production schedules
  • Liaise, obtain quotes and arrange transport of pumping stations
  • Update and maintain CRM package
  • Provide technical support
  • Manage client expectations regarding commissioning process and dates
  • Assist in raising basic quotations
  • Ensure profitable sales
  • Organise your own workload effectively
  • Support the department in administrative tasks and cover holidays
  • Identify training needs

Experience 

  • Excellent keyboard skills 
  • Customer communication skills to deal with internal and external customers 
  • Knowledge of the industry
  • Computer experience 
  • Ability to work flexibly
  • Team player 
  • Strong prioritisation skills, ability to manage own workload
  • Self-motivated with a 'can do' approach
  • Prepared to learn new skills 
  • Strong personal attributes to deal with all types of enquiry

  • Flexibility to work contracted hours over 4 days, subject to workload and managers discretion
  • 30 days holiday (including statutory) rising to 33 days after one years’ service and beginning of next calendar year
