BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
CHESHIRE BASED – HOME WORKING/ FIELD BASED ACROSS THE UK
£40,000 – £46,000 DOE
I am currently recruiting for my global firm based in the heart of Cheshire for a Business Development Manager to join the business. The firm have decades of experience and have continuous improvement plans to embrace innovation in both products and business techniques to ensure that we remain the first and best choice for our customers.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Business Development Manager to work at the Cheshire office.
Working as part of the Business Development Team, this role will take responsibility for the sales growth of the UK and you will be responsible for managing a selected group of Customers.
Focused on sales growth and the winning of new business, you will be required to work collaboratively with teams from across the business to ensure targets for sales, profit and growth are met.
The role will be accountable for: –
- Generating and leading new sales opportunities
- Building relationships with new customers and developing a foundation for future growth
- Maintaining and developing sales, profit and growth for Customers.
- Understanding, articulating and selling products and services
- Leading all bids for your customers and ensuring this is completed to a high standard and to deadlines.
- Identifying and converting Business Development opportunities
- Responsible for identifying, managing and reporting of sales forecasts
- Identifying new products and services

- Strong planning, organising and time management skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Be a good problem Solver
- Keen eye for detail
- Advanced excel skills incl. PivotTables & VLookups),
