KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Chef for our clients based in Glasgow.

As a Chef you will be working 5 out of 7 days per week, working the hours 0700 - 1830hrs

The rate of pay as a Chef is:

• £15.50 p/h - £20.00

Duties and responsibilities as a Chef are:

• Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes
• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
• Preparing meat and fish
• Assisting with the management of Health and Safety
• Assisting with the management of Food Hygiene practices
• Monitoring portion and waste control
• Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards

The ideal candidate for a Chef would need:

• Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2
• Experience working as a Chef
• PPE- chef whites and safety boots
