KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Chef De Partie for our client based in Shavington.

As a Chef De partie you will be working Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm

The rate of pay as a Chef De Partie is:

• £13.00 - £15.00 p/h pending experience

Duties and responsibilities as a Chef De Partie are:

• Support, organise, mentor and train members of the kitchen team as required in line with company procedures
• Ensuring food preparation and control meets requirements in respect of COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
• Support manager in maintaining up to date product and menu knowledge, and maintain a high standard of food preparation and presentation, ensuring portion and quality control
• Responsible for collecting and checking deliveries as required and placing them into the appropriate storage areas
• Responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness of all areas in the kitchen and of equipment
• Provide support to other members of the kitchen and front of house team as required
• To carry out any other reasonable request made by management

The ideal candidate for a Chef De Partie would need:

• Food Hygiene Level 2 (must have)
• Experience as a Chef De Partie
• Be able to stay calm under pressure
• A good eye for detail/ presentation
• Valid DBS check
