Customer Account Manager

My client who are a global leader in their field are currently looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. As a company they provide innovative solutions to customers from a wide variety of industries. Their customers range from cutting-edge start-ups to the world’s most iconic brands.

Key Duties:

• Manage inside sales activities and driving new project developments forward
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, understanding their business requirements and how the company’s solutions can meet those needs
• Process customer orders from initial inquiry through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Address and resolve any customer queries
• Develop and execute account plans to meet or exceed sales targets for assigned customers

Skills Required:

• Previous experience working within account management
• Excellent customer service skills
• Solid written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
• Organised, extremely detailed, able to multi-task under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient on systems

Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Fri 8-2pm
