Customer Service Advisor

Location: Crewe

Duration: Temporary-Permanent

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9AM-5PM

Salary: £25,000

Key Duties:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries, over the phone and via email
  • Responding to and providing feedback to customers regarding issues raised
  • Investigate and resolve any complaints
  • Record, update and maintain data on the system
  • Supporting colleagues within the Customer services and Operations departments
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings
  • Helping out in the warehouse when needed

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A background in Customer service is preferred
  • Microsoft office skills
