Customer Support Advisor

Location: Manchester City Centre 

Duration: Temporary (6 Months from May-October)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9-5 or 12-8  

Salary: £11.44-£12.00PH

Key Duties

  • Providing support to customers via inbound and outbound telephone calls
  • Ensuring that customers details are kept up-to-date on an in-house system
  • Answering basic customer enquiries
  • Managing complaints and dissatisfaction and ensuring a resolution is met
  • Working with internal colleagues and departments to guarantee a smooth customer journey


Key Skills Required

  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous but full training is provided
  • A can-do, positive attitude
  • A great telephone manner
  • IT literate and able to use Microsoft systems
