As an English as an Additional Language (EAL) Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students who are acquiring English as a second language. Your responsibilities will include assisting EAL students in developing their English language skills through interactive and creative activities. You will also collaborate with classroom teachers to implement strategies that cater to the individual needs of EAL students. Creating a positive and inclusive environment that encourages language development and cultural understanding is essential. You will also build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning community.


  • Relevant experience working with EAL students desirable but not essential.
  • A minimum of 2:1 degree in Education or Related Field.
  • Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
  • Team player with a passion for fostering diversity and inclusion.
