Employee Relations Advisor

Salary: £30k

Location: Crewe

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Are you an experienced HR Advisor with recent Employee Relations experience?
At KPI recruiting, we are looking for a proactive Employee Relations Advisor for our client, you will play a significant role in contributing to the success of the HR function.

Duties:

• Manage and coach managers on ER cases including; absence, flexible working, grievances and disciplinaries.
• Note taking during employee hearings.
• Manage formal performance management cases
• Actively coach managers to handle performance cases
• Support the training team with development and delivery of inductions and other HR initiatives.
• Frontline support of HR queries

Experience:

• Previous HR experience at an Advisor level
• Experience of managing employee relations cases
• CIPD Qualified or working towards
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confidential and professional approach
• Working knowledge of employee relations and employment law
• Excellent organisational skills
• Confident communications skills
