In the role of a Graduate Learning Support Teaching Assistant, you will be part of a team working under the direction of the SENCO. You will be expected to work effectively with both teaching and support staff at all levels as well as with parents/carers, students and external agencies. It is essential to have the commitment to make a positive difference to the young people you support.
