This superb secondary school have had an opening for an academically gifted Maths graduate to join their team from September on a long-term basis as a Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant to support their students.

The school is located a short distance away from the city centre and is commutable by car or public transport. It has a superb reputation across the North West for academic performance, particularly in key subject areas such as Maths, Science and English where a lot of resources are funneled towards to ensure staff have the facilities to create engaging and exciting lessons in order to enthuse their students.

As a Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant, you will become an essential part of the support team across the Maths department. Your role will be to work closely with Maths teachers across KS3 and KS4 classes to assist struggling students by providing intervention sessions that will help them to gain a better understanding of certain Maths topics and hopefully assist them in reaching their targeted grades for 2024/25. Leading into exam periods, your role will become even more essential as you provide the opportunity for students to work closely on topics that may be of concern to them leading into exams.
