What makes a great Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant?

• As aGraduate Primary Teaching Assistant - A degree, preferably with a 2:1 or above
• Previous experience working with children, such as tutoring, mentoring, or volunteering
• A positive, energetic attitude and a willingness to learn on the job

What can you expect in your day-to-day role?

• Assisting the class teacher with daily responsibilities, including setting up lessons
• Supporting children of varying abilities, both academically and emotionally
• Preparing lesson materials and classroom resources with guidance from the teacher
• Working closely with students with special educational needs to ensure they thrive in their learning environment
• Learning from experienced staff while developing your teaching skills in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
