Graduate Science Teaching Assistant
- Full-time, long-term position beginning ASAP until the end of the academic year
- Monday–Friday, 32.5 hours per week during term-time
- Earn up to £560 per week as a Graduate Science Teaching Assistant
- Central Liverpool location with convenient transport options
- Science graduates with a 2:1 degree or higher encouraged to apply
- Specialisms in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics are especially valued
- Support KS3 & KS4 students in lessons and targeted group work
- Gain day-to-day classroom experience alongside skilled Science teachers
- Clear progression route into Teacher Training from September 2026
- Interviews taking place immediately
This Graduate Science Teaching Assistant role provides an exceptional opportunity to experience the realities of secondary education before committing to teacher training. You’ll assist in practical lessons, contribute to exciting science demonstrations, and offer personalised academic or behavioural support to students who need it most.
The school is looking for a Science graduate who is not only confident in their subject but also genuinely keen to build a career within education.
