The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

• Full-time, long-term role within a highly supportive SEN department.
• Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils with a variety of additional needs.
• Play a key role in their academic, social and emotional development.
• Use your Psychology background in a practical, impactful way.
• Earn up to £600 per week.
• Receive full training, ongoing mentoring and SEN-specific CPD.

This is a hands-on position where you will help remove barriers to learning, create a calm and inclusive environment, and ensure every student is able to access education in a way that works for them. You’ll be supported by a skilled SEN leadership team who are passionate about developing ambitious graduates into confident practitioners.

Who We’re Looking For

• A recent Psychology graduate with a 2:1 or higher.
• Empathetic, resilient and deeply motivated to support vulnerable learners.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• A reflective, proactive and highly committed individual.
• Any relevant experience (voluntary or paid) is welcome but not essential.
