Graduate Speech and Language Teaching Assistant

  • Graduate Speech and Language Teaching Assistant
  • Term-time only position starting ASAP for the rest of the academic year
  • Opportunity to extend role from September 2024
  • Outstanding school located in Sefton
  • SALT, Psychology or Linguistics degree desirable
  • Must have 2:1 minimum degree
  • Earn up to £450 per week until July 2024
  • Work 1-1 with children with speech and language needs
  • Experienced SENCO as a mentor
  • Car Parking available
  • Easily commutable from most parts of Liverpool

The school are ideally looking for a Speech and Language graduate or a graduate with an exceptional understanding of the mechanics of language and linguistics.

This Graduate Speech and Language Teaching Assistant post presents a perfect opportunity for the selected applicant to hone their skills in working with pupils in language building and add to their professional Speech and Language portfolio.

As a Graduate Speech and Language Assistant, you will promote positivity into all activities, encouraging and supporting all children to engage. You will be joining a school where there is an emphasis on teamwork and learning, you will have continuous access to a range of training courses to develop your career.
