An exciting opportunity has arisen for a number of motivated and ambitious graduates to join a dynamic secondary school in Liverpool as Graduate Teaching Assistants. This full-time, long-term position offers invaluable experience for those considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, or other education-related fields.

Key Details: Graduate Teaching Assistant

  • Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm during term-time
  • Weekly pay: Up to £565 as a Graduate Teaching Assistant
  • Start date: Immediate or September 2025
  • Opportunities available across a variety of subjects including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, and more
  • Support students in lessons, small groups, and 1:1 sessions, both academically and pastorally

Candidate Requirements: Graduate Teaching Assistant

  • A 2:1 degree or above in a core academic subject (e.g. English, Maths, Science, Humanities, or related field)
  • A genuine interest in working with young people in a secondary school setting
  • Strong communication skills, resilience, and a proactive attitude
  • Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
