Graduate Teaching Assistant – About the Role

KPi Education are looking for an ambitious and proactive Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team and support students across KS3 and KS4..

Your responsibilities as a Graduate Teaching Assistant will include:

-          Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation, resources, and materials

-          Supporting students with behavioural needs to stay focused and engaged

-          Monitoring student progress and feeding back to teaching staff

-          Providing 1:1 and small group support to students who need extra help in understanding lesson content

-          Ensuring the classroom is organised, safe, and well-prepared for each day

This role is varied and rewarding where no two days are quite the same. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant you will have the chance to build meaningful relationships, support student growth and get a real insight into the life of teaching.

Graduate Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant who:

-          A Graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree from a Top 30 UK university in any degree

-          Ideally has experience working with young people — either through tutoring, mentoring, TA work, summer schools, or outreach programmes

-          Confident with strong communication skills, both written and ve

-          Interested in a long-term career in education, with aspirations of becoming a qualified teacher

-          Passionate about supporting students academically and emotionally
