The majority of Graduate Trainee Teacher who qualify on this ITT course establish long-lasting careers within the trust, being offered long-term positions at the completion of their initial teacher training. There is an abundance of progression opportunities within the trust as well, with teachers taking on leadership roles throughout their careers.

Salaried teaching training for graduates - £28,000 per annum to gain QTS

Unlike a PGCE, this opportunity fully incentivises a Graduate Trainee Teacher as they train to become teachers.

This means that you will be paid a very competitive salary as you train to teach in your subject specialism.

Graduate Trainee Teacher – Person Specification

• A graduate, or soon to be graduate with a 2:1 or higher grade/predicted grade
• Degrees in relation to Maths, English, Science, History, Geography, MFL, Sports, Drama, Dance
• A genuine desire to train to teach and make a difference in the classroom
