Job description:

We are looking for a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Tyre Removal & Yard Operative. The role involves working outdoors, removing tyres from HGVs, wagons, and various other vehicles, and loading them into a compressor machine. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that requires good stamina and the ability to work safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely remove tyres from HGVs, wagons, and other vehicles on site.
• Load and unload tyres into the compressor machine for processing.
• Perform regular handballing and heavy lifting throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow all site safety procedures and guidelines.
• Assist with general yard duties as required.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Additional Details:

• Shift Times: 07:00 – 18:00 – with a 1-hour break.
• Working Hours as a labourer:  Monday – Friday (occasional Saturday).
• Salary: 40 hours per week- £12.21 Per hour.
