LEAD GENERATION COORDINATOR
Telford, Hortonwood – TF1
£20,000
Full time, permanent
8:30am to 5:00pm, Mon-Fri
My client has world renowned products for exceptional performance and high efficiency.
Your Role:
- Qualifying sales leads from marketing driven campaigns (no cold calling leads)
- Lead generation management, handling sales leades tat arrive into the business
- Using the salesforce CRM system to record, monitor and report leads
- Ability to emphasise company and product vales following training
- Regular interaction with the domestic sales team and installer customer base
- Atend and participate and quantitative feedback to marketing / sales / installers and other campaign team members
About you:
- Experience in telesales or customer service
- Resillient, self motivated and driven to succeed
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonnal and negotiation skills
- Excellent administration and time management skills
- Ability to work as an individual and part of a team
- Strong and confident IT skills
- Experience of working with targets
- Ability to prioritsie tasks and take owership of projects from inception to completion
Preferred skills:
- Ability to create a sense of urgency with prospects
- Familiar with CRM system for managing leads
- Experience of building positive relationships with customers
