My client has world renowned products for exceptional performance and high efficiency.

Your Role:

  • Qualifying sales leads from marketing driven campaigns (no cold calling leads)
  • Lead generation management, handling sales leades tat arrive into the business
  • Using the salesforce CRM system to record, monitor and report leads
  • Ability to emphasise company and product vales following training
  • Regular interaction with the domestic sales team and installer customer base
  • Atend and participate and quantitative feedback to marketing / sales / installers and other campaign team members

About you:

  • Experience in telesales or customer service
  • Resillient, self motivated and driven to succeed
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonnal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent administration and time management skills
  • Ability to work as an individual and part of a team
  • Strong and confident IT skills
  • Experience of working with targets
  • Ability to prioritsie tasks and take owership of projects from inception to completion

Preferred skills:

  • Ability to create a sense of urgency with prospects
  • Familiar with CRM system for managing leads
  • Experience of building positive relationships with customers
