Learning Support Asssiatnt – Job Description
- Placement for the entire academic year as a learning support assistant
- Learning Support Assistant roles to start ASAP
- Monday to Friday – 8.30 am to 3.45pm
- Earn £500 tro £540 per week plus additional benefits
- Supporting SEN Learners in class – Year 2 or Year 5
Learning Support Assistant – Person Specification
- Psychology Graduates needed – 1st & 2:1 degree with matching A Level’s and GCSE’s
- Must be able to commit to supporting SEN learners for the entire academic year
- LSA opportunities will suit future teachers, clinical/educational psychologists
This creative and well managed school in Bow, East London, is hunting for at least 2 x psychology graduates who can fill the role of learning support assistant for the entire academic year.

As a learning support assistant, you will be placed in either a Year 2 or Year 5 class – supporting learners with specific needs. Each year group has a particular learner – Year 2 ASD, Year 5 Dyspraxia.
Your role as a learning support assistant will be to work hand in hand with the class teacher in delivering an exciting curriculum. Alongside supporting your allocated learner, you will liaise with parent/carers and borough coordinators.
