Are you an experienced maintenance professional ready to take the next step into leadership? Join a leading food manufacturing company in Nantwich as our new Maintenance Team Leader, and play a key role in keeping our fast-paced production environment running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a multi-skilled maintenance team.

• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across the site.

• Drive improvements in equipment reliability and downtime reduction.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and site health & safety standards.

• Support continuous improvement projects and long-term engineering strategies.

What We're Looking For

• Strong engineering background (mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled).

• Leadership or supervisory experience within manufacturing-food or FMCG preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.

• Ability to work effectively on a rotating days/nights shift pattern.
