NIGHT SHIFT MULTI-SKILLED MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Hours: Monday-Friday, 10pm-6am

Are you a talented Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable night shift role with excellent pay? Our Nantwich-based food manufacturing client is expanding and seeking a proactive, hands-on engineer to join their high-performing maintenance team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across a range of production machinery

• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing ideas for reliability enhancement

• Ensuring compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards

• Working closely with production teams to keep the site running smoothly throughout the night

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Maintenance Engineer within manufacturing (food or FMCG experience preferred)

• Strong mechanical AND electrical skillset (e.g., motors, conveyors, pneumatics, sensors, PLC fault finding)

• Engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)

• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently on nights
