Duties:

Outbound Sales Executive | Permanent | Prescot | £26,000 + Bonus  
Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm
Modern Offices near Huyton | Free On-Site Parking

We’re recruiting for a driven and energetic Outbound Sales Executive to join our rapidly expanding client in Prescot. This is your chance to become part of a friendly, high-performing sales team where your results directly impact your earnings—and your progression!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Making 100+ outbound B2C calls per day to warm leads from our internal database
  • Building rapport quickly, promoting services, and guiding prospects through eligibility checks
  • Managing your own sales pipeline, follow-ups, and call-backs
  • Booking non obligatory appointments on behalf of the Sales Manager
  • Updating CRM records and maintaining accurate customer data
  • Hitting (and smashing!) personal and team sales targets—and getting rewarded for it!

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 6 months of outbound sales or telesales experience (B2C or B2B)
  • A confident communicator who’s motivated by hitting goals
  • Organised, disciplined, and comfortable using CRM or sales systems
  • Positive attitude and a real drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
