Outbound Sales Executive | Permanent | Prescot | £26,000 + Bonus
Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm
Modern Offices near Huyton | Free On-Site Parking
We’re recruiting for a driven and energetic Outbound Sales Executive to join our rapidly expanding client in Prescot. This is your chance to become part of a friendly, high-performing sales team where your results directly impact your earnings—and your progression!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Making 100+ outbound B2C calls per day to warm leads from our internal database
- Building rapport quickly, promoting services, and guiding prospects through eligibility checks
- Managing your own sales pipeline, follow-ups, and call-backs
- Booking non obligatory appointments on behalf of the Sales Manager
- Updating CRM records and maintaining accurate customer data
- Hitting (and smashing!) personal and team sales targets—and getting rewarded for it!
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 months of outbound sales or telesales experience (B2C or B2B)
- A confident communicator who’s motivated by hitting goals
- Organised, disciplined, and comfortable using CRM or sales systems
- Positive attitude and a real drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
