Location: Newcastle under Lyme

Hours: Flexible hours available, 5 hours per day

Due to new processes, our client require an experienced Payroll Clerk to join their existing team based in the Newcastle under Lyme area. You will be working on a part time basis (flexible hours between 9.30 – 2.30, can be altered to suit).

You will be responsible for processing payroll for approx. 140 employees on a monthly basis. This is a standalone position so previous payroll experience is essential.

This is a brand new role for the business so this is an exciting opportunity for someone as this role has excellent potential.

Duties will include;

  • Processing payroll on a monthly basis
  • Analysing anomalies in expense claims
  • Collating information
  • Reviewing discrepancies
  • Identifying trends and patterns

This is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and someone who enjoys investigating anomalies and accurately processing information. Previous payroll experience is essential and the company are open to working hours to suit.
