KPI Recruiting are working in conjunction with our family owned, Sandbach based client for the recruitment of a PROJECT ASSISTANT to join their extremely small and close knit team. You will be working on a full time basis where you will be supporting with all aspects of the business, this is a really varied role and would be well suited to someone with previous experience of project planning as this will be a standalone role.

YOU WILL BE

A professional and well organised individual who is able to work autonomously and when required, as part of a team. You will be required to work to deadlines, under pressure and use strong organisational skills to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner. This role will require someone who is able to effectively prioritise workloads and has experience of presentations.

You will need to be competent with Microsoft and Outlook as you will be using Excel to create pivot tables and V-Look ups. Additional duties will include;

  • Process sales orders
  • Setting up new projects and ensure that all administration is up to date
  • Stock management
  • Project management
  • Keep update H&S records
  • Purchasing of goods
  • Installation and despatch preparation
  • Transport & Logistics coordination
  • Monitor project progression and update
  • Invoice approval and project costing
  • Maintaining H&S certificates and qualifications
