We are recruiting on behalf of an OFSTED rated 'Good' 11-19 Academy in North West London who require Psychology Graduates, who are passionate, driven and highly motivated to provide additional support to children across all Key Stages as part of their successful Inclusion Unit.

For this role you must be a caring, friendly graduate who has ideally spent time in a role where you worked closely with children and a second-class degree at the very least. You must possess the drive and charisma required to inspire those around you and the ability to instil pupils with your own passion for education. You will have the ability to support your pupils wholeheartedly and develop relationships quickly. You should have great communication skills with parents/ carers and a pledge to the progression of pupils with SEN.
This Psychology Teaching Assistant position involves supporting learning in a general capacity, across the school through the Inclusion Unit. You will be making sure the individual needs of SEN pupils are being met by liaising with class teachers and the SENCO. You will be involved in a tailored CPD that will support you through your year and development.
