This Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ graded secondary school is looking to deploy multiple Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistantsas they welcome a new cohort of students to their school this September.

As schools move towards an inclusivity-based model, mainstream schools now have more SEN students than ever before.

Working with students on a 1-1 or group basis, as Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistants you ensure this schools holistic approach to learning is attained, and accessible to all students.

As Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistants, you will use academic substance of your degree to aid students who struggle with ASD, SEMD and behavioural difficulties. You will recognise the difficulties they face within school, and develop exceptional provisions to ensure that they can access their learning and strive both academically and socially.

In-school training will ensure that as Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistants, you have a clear understanding of the best provisions and methods to use.
