Duties:

Do you have a background in recruitment and fancy a chance in Industries, or even just a change in environment? 

Look no further, as we move into our new Telford office we are looking to grow our team further! KPI Recruiting are looking to expand our ever growing commercial team into Telford, so we have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join us. 

If you have a commercial background, enjoy sales and negotiation and have experience managing end to end recruitment processes then this could be just for you! 

What will the role will entail: 

  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within the commercial sector, generating new business leads.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue and market share.
  • Build strong and effective relationships with existing clients and new business clients to place candidates into workplaces. 
  • Maintain up to date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the external recruitment market
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client engagement to candidate placement.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback from clients and candidates, and facilitate offer negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor the quality of all candidates and ensure that the adverts and interviews during recruitment process are of a high standard
  • Plan to meet the future recruitment needs of Commercial clients
  • Search and identify marketable candidates
  • Assist in ensuring that the end-to-end recruitment process supports a positive candidate experience at all times.
  • Work in close conjunction with the other Recruitment Consultants to share best practice
  • Contribute to the development of KPI Recruiting.
  • Be adaptable to the needs of clients
  • Be able to work to deadlines and think out of the box to overcome any problems which may occur

  • A full driving license is required
  • Recruitment or sales experience is essential
