The Role
• Work closely with expert teachers to support high-quality lesson delivery across multiple subjects.
• Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions to help students achieve their full potential.
• Create and prepare engaging learning resources and classroom materials.
• Support the wider school community by contributing to extracurricular clubs, enrichment activities and events.
• Receive personalised coaching, training and development throughout the year.

What We’re Looking For

• A 2:1 degree or above from a Russell Group University
• A genuine passion for education and a strong desire to positively impact young people.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and students.
• A proactive, professional, and enthusiastic mindset with a commitment to continuous development.
