Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Our client is currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team. As a valued member, you will be responsible for handling all administrative tasks related to vehicle purchases, under the guidance of the Dealership Accountant. This will encompass various duties such as managing invoicing paperwork, facilitating online vehicle taxation and registration, and ensuring the accuracy of our internal sales systems.
Main duties:
- Completion of all sales related documents
- Ensuring customer satisfaction metrics are hit
- Ensuring all paperwork is fully compliant
- Recording purchases on the system
- Processing vehicle orders
- Taxing vehicles
- Supporting Retail Managers to collate finance paperwork and order tracking details
- Liaising with customers and internal departments to ensure vehicles are ordered exactly to customer requirements
About you:
- Previous Sales Administration experience
- Experience of working within a dealership (Essential)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience of managing your own workload
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent organisation and time keeping skills
