KPI Recruiting Limited are looking to recruit an experienced sales professional to join their Warrington based office. You will need to have a proven track record of working to targets and exceeding deadlines, managing your own workload, distributing work for the team, ensuring that the team achieve their personal and branch goals.
YOUR NEW JOB
Supporting the Commercial Manager with the delivery of commercial recruitment activities for the Commercial team in branch. Ensuring the delivery of all temporary and permanent recruitment, and ensuring requirements are delivered within the overall business growth strategy.
The Assistant Commercial Manager will be responsible for assisting the Manager with overseeing the team and mentoring junior members of the team, to ensure a high level of service is delivered (to both clients and candidates).
Generating new business opportunities through calls and client meetings, lead generating and following up to win business, supporting with business development/ relationship building.
YOU WILL BE
- Building strong and effective relationships with existing and new clients
- Developing new business through telephone calls, email and attending face to face meetings
- Managing the ‘sales cycle’ to ensure weekly sales calls, marketing campaigns, social posts and marketing of new candidates
- Ensuring you are regularly conducting competitor searches and market research
- Updating branch figures weekly
- Supporting with training new staff, especially trainee or apprentices
- Sharing best practices with the team
- Assisting the Director to set budgets, ensuring the team are working to achieve individual and team targets/objectives
- Dealing with escalated enquiries and complaints as they arise
- Negotiating rates and fees with clients looking at the overall opportunity for the company
- Setting a good example of conduct and professionalism at all times
