Duties include:

• Prepare Quotes within  a deadline
• Ensure the correct products are selected 
• Meet all customer requirements 
• Maintain close client contact 
• Build rapport and maintain customer loyalty
• Maintain and maximise use of CRM 
• Ensure products are purchased in compliance 
• Identify training needs
