Are you working towards QTS or recently qualified and excited to begin your teaching career in a supportive, ambitious school? Do you hold at least a 2:1 degree in a Science subject and feel confident delivering engaging lessons across secondary levels?
We’re seeking a Science Teacher or Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a dedicated and welcoming secondary school in St Albans
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant Science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Combined Science)
- QTS – completed or in progress
- Previous experience through placements, tutoring, mentoring, or teaching support
- A genuine enthusiasm for science and inspiring young minds
- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
Your Role:
- Teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 with creativity and clarity
- Monitor student progress and offer clear, supportive feedback
- Take part in ongoing professional development (CPD) tailored to your career path
- Help shape and enrich our forward-thinking science curriculum
