  • SEN Keyworker-Teaching Assistant
  • Full-time, long-term SEN Keyworker -Teaching Assistant
  • Suitable for experienced Key Workers or recent Graduates
  • Immediate start available for a SEN Keyworker
  • Earn up to £100 per day as a SEN Keyworker
  • Located across 2 sites in West London
  • Ongoing training and support
  • Work 2:1 with students with SEMHB and ASD
  • Perfect opportunity for an aspiring EP, SALT or Clinical Psychologist

A well-respected Special school who are dedicated to support young people with SEN are looking for a SEN Key Worker, who will play an important role in assisting their students in developing and implementing solid life skills for them to reach their full potential. This role is challenging, but the rewards but the rewards are unparalleled. The environment you will be working in will contribute to life-changing results for young people. Your drive and ambition for our young people will help them take steps to fulfilling their potential.

The provision has 2 sites in Kensington and Southall, West London and provides support for secondary and further education aged young people that require additional support due to complex trauma and mental health needs. The aim is to help young people to develop insight into their experiences in order that they can move on from their often-damaged traumatic past. You will support them as they take steps to make sense of their lives by providing clear and safe boundaries and achievable goals. This includes positive reinforcement strategies such as reward charts and free time.
