What would day to day duties involves?

• Build strong and effective relationships with new business clients
• Effectively follow the sales cycle
• Maintain up to date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the external recruitment market for the hospitality sector
• Monitor the quality of all candidates and ensure that the adverts and interviews during recruitment process are of a high standard
• Plan to meet the future recruitment needs of Hospitality clients
• Search and identify marketable candidates
• Assist in ensuring that the end-to-end recruitment process supports a positive candidate experience at all times.
• Work in close conjunction with the other Recruitment Consultants to share best practice
• Contribute to the development of KPI Recruiting.
• Be adaptable to the needs of clients
• Be able to work to deadlines and think out of the box to overcome any problems which may occur
• Sets the standards for others to follow.

• A full driving license is required
• Experience in recruitment and business development is essential
