Duties:

KPI Recruiting is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our Technology Division.

What will the day-to-day duties involve?

  • Build strong and effective relationships with existing clients and new business clients to place candidates into workplaces. 
  • Identify and engage with new clients to expand our client base and generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the external recruitment market
  • Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments, to ensure suitability for client roles.
  • Monitor the quality of all candidates and ensure that the adverts and interviews during recruitment process are of a high standard
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and proactively match them with suitable job opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and feedback.
  • Plan to meet the future recruitment needs of Technology clients
  • Assist in ensuring that the end-to-end recruitment process supports a positive candidate experience at all times.
  • Work in close conjunction with the wider teams to share best practice

What we would like to see from you?

  • Full UK driving license
  • Essential to have 2 years’ experience in a recruitment role, specifically within Technology.
  • Essential, proven business development experience.
  • Essential 360 recruitment experience.
  • Understanding of Digital & Data Transformation is preferred
  • Experience working with DevOps, Full-stack Developers and Data talent is also desired
  • Professional conduct
  • Great Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage your own time
  • Self-starter, with problem solving skills
  • Always maintains a sense of humour!
