Are you new to recruitment, but wanting a change?

If this sounds like you, then KPI Recruiting are on the hunt for you! We have a great opportunity which has come up in our Stoke Branch for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established Commercial Team.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with our experienced Consultants and with our Commercial Director to directly fill vacancies, build local knowledge, gain and manage relationships and most importantly find candidates their perfect job!

Your first year will be about gaining and perfecting your skills as a Recruiter. We’ll have you promoted to a Recruitment Consultant within the year.

The second year can have you move into a Senior Recruitment Consultant, WOW!

What would day to day duties involve as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?

  • Build and develop strong and effective relationships with candidates and businesses
  • Grow knowledge of the external recruitment market
  • Monitor the quality of all candidates and ensure that the adverts and interviews during recruitment process are of a high standard
  • Plan to meet the future recruitment needs of Commercial clients
  • Search and identify marketable candidates
  • Assist in ensuring that the end-to-end recruitment process supports a positive candidate experience at all times.
  • Work in close conjunction with the Recruitment Consultants to share best practice
  • Contribute to the development of KPI Recruiting.
  • Be adaptable to the needs of clients
  • Be able to work to deadlines and think out of the box to overcome any problems which may occur
  • Sets the standards for others to follow.   

What would KPI Recruiting like to see in you?

  • A full driving license is required
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a full 360 recruitment role
  • Always maintains a sense of humour! – we’re a funny bunch, so you must be able to laugh with us
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships
