Service Delivery Transport Scheduler

Our client, a highly regarded organization based in Birchwood, is seeking a Service Delivery Transport Scheduler to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensure a fully compliant and efficient transport service
• Update customer reports and records
• Handle inbound calls and provide support
• Schedule and allocate transport for service users
• Regularly monitor the customer portal for updates
• Upload travel requests to meet KPI requirements
• Effectively manage your own workload

About You:

• All candidates will undergo a legal vetting process
• Strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Outstanding time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
