About the Role

KPI Recruiting are looking for a reliable and experienced Van Driver to join our client’s busy distribution operation based in North West London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional driver who enjoys being on the road, delivering high-quality products, and working in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of goods across various UK locations. The role requires good route planning, attention to detail, and great customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company van to deliver goods to customers and business addresses across the UK.

• Follow the planned delivery schedule while maintaining efficiency and safety.

• Load and unload products carefully to avoid damage during transport.

• Carry out daily vehicle checks (tyres, oil, lights, etc.) to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards.

• Keep accurate delivery records and report any delivery issues or delays to your supervisor.

• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the vehicle.

Requirements

• A valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.

• Previous experience as a Van Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, or Delivery Driver is desirable.

• Good working knowledge of London’s road network and ability to use navigation tools effectively.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• A positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to delivering high-quality service.

• Ability to lift and handle goods safely (manual handling may be required).

Working Hours

• Full-time, approximately 50 hours per week.

• Shift patterns: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday.

• Early starts may be required depending on delivery routes.

• Overtime may be available and paid at standard or enhanced rates.

What We Offer

• £13.00 per hour, paid weekly (every Friday).

• Holiday entitlement: 28 days per year (holiday requests require two weeks’ notice).
