8.30am – 5.00pm

A rapidly growing retail display design and wholesale company in Crewe is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join it’s warehousing team on a full-time basis, to help prepare and receive orders and assist in the day to day general maintenance of the warehouse.

As the Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for:

• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Managing inbound deliveries, ensuring any discrepancies are noted and reported.
• Having in-depth knowledge and understanding of the product.
• Loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Performing general computing tasks.
• Using company vans to make deliveries to customers on site.

The Warehouse Operative will have the following skills and experience:

• Team player with the ability to work alone and to high standards.
• Quick learner with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and good work ethic.
• Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office packages and Sage 200.
• Good understanding of Health and Safety procedures at work.
• Previous work experience working in a busy warehouse or picking/packing environment is essential.
• Reach/Counterbalance licenses would be a distinct advantage.
• Forklift license preferable.
• Driving liscense & CSCS Card preferable.
