Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Salary:

£12.21 - £13.86 Per hour incuding holiday pay 

Job Duties:

• Receiving, storing, and distributing goods in a warehouse setting
• Loading and unloading stock onto vans 
• Operating machinery such as pallet jacks
• Keeping accurate records of inventory levels
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Required Qualifications:

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills

Education:

May suit Students who can only work 20 hours per week 

Experience:

• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role is advantageous

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of warehouse operations
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a team

Preferred Qualifications:

N/A as full training will be given 

Working Conditions:

The role involves working in a warehouse environment with exposure to various weather conditions. The operative may be required to work on shifts including weekends and afternoons
