Hector launches new Technology division for KPI Recruiting

KPI Recruiting has launched its latest division, moving into the Technology recruitment space to be able to supply digital transformation and cyber security personnel to its growing client base.

The new division will be headed by Hector VanDuesbury who has worked in recruitment for over ten years, with five of those being in technology. Hector has experience across multiple sectors, working with consultancies and small to medium size businesses on their digital transformation and cloud migration projects.

“I first started recruitment in education, working with teachers, trainers and assessors in colleges, universities and private training providers across the UK,” said Hector. “Most of the people I work with now are in Software Engineering, Data and DevOps. As a techy myself, the best part of my job is having conversations with candidates that I am genuinely interested in and understand, which means I’m in a beneficial position to introduce them to my client for their next career opportunity.”

Roles that KPI Technology will typically recruit for include Full-Stack Engineers, Back-End Developers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Project Managers, Cyber Security Engineers and Architects amongst others.

As a hobbyist developer, in his spare time you can find Hector building random software or working on graphics design and motion graphics. Hector loves being with his family and friends and has a five-year-old daughter who is the apple of his eye.
