KPI Care, Staffordshire’s leading healthcare recruiter, has appointed Rosie Lovatt as Business Development Manager as the agency looks to expand from supplying permanent staff to also provide high quality staffing for long term temporary assignments.

With ten years’ experience in healthcare recruitment, Roise has a strong background in the care sector. “I’ve worked in healthcare since 2014,” said Rosie, “primarily in nursing for the first six years and more recently recruiting Support Workers as a 360 Consultant/Team Leader for two and a half years.”

Within her time in healthcare recruitment, Rosie has completed start-ups with two organisations, going from 0 hours to 2,000 hours per week. “The ‘’care’’ element is genuinely what I love about the industry. My aim has always been to recruit someone who can provide the care you would expect to be delivered to a member of your family,” added Rosie, who has covered a range of specialist areas in healthcare including;
