Salary: £30-£35k

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, KPI Recruiting are looking for an enthusiastic individual to manage and represent a local online retailer based in Winsford. The company are part of a highly successful Europe- wide group with a turnover of £400m. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, my client are looking for an enthusiastic individual to manage the ecommerce presence of the 3D website and continue to grow the market share. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the product range, monitoring pricing competitiveness and margin, as well as working with the marketing team to promote the brand. This role will be working alongside the 3D Technical Manager.

Key Duties:

  • Be responsible for the ecommerce performance of the 3D brand in the UK
  • Understand main traffic sources (PPC, SEO, Email, Social, Video) and work with the Head of Marketing and in house marketing team to maximise performance through these channels
  • Research competitors and update pricing
  • Be responsible for maintaining the website content and product-related website administration utilising the internal system
  • Work closely with the Buyer and colleagues  to ensure the product range is available via the website
  • Produce a monthly report for the Head of Marketing with a performance update of the brand
  • Manage a customer service advisor
  • Work with marketing departments for campaigns
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team-SEO, PPC, Social media and videographer

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Commercially aware – focused on growing revenue and profitability
  • Experience of managing a small team
  • Previous experience working on ecommerce brands in a hands-on capacity
  • Knowledge of digital marketing such as PPC, Email, SEO, Social, Video, Affiliate etc.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Strong time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office including Excel
  • A basic understanding of html.
