KPI Recruiting Limited are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and expanding Northwest based firm. They have been established as market leaders since 1999 and due to continued success and growth they are looking to add a business administrator into their team. This is a fanatic opportunity for someone well organised, self-motivated and extremely driven.

Job Duties

  • Acting as the first point of contact for calls and emails from customers and clients
  • Receiving and handling communication on behalf of the Director
  • Managing the diary for the Director 
  • Scheduling meeting and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Compiling and preparing reports and presentations
  • Gathering data, creating charts and graphs  
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures / administrative systems
  • Collecting and filing expenses
  • Attending and actively participating in monthly contract review meetings
  • Assisting in taking ownership of client relationships
  • Onboarding new clients

What’s On Offer

  • Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
  • Hours: 8:30am – 5pm / Monday – Friday
  • 20 Days Holiday + BH
