Call Centre Sales Manager

Cheadle

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience

Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to join their friendly team in Cheadle, to be part of one of the fastest growing sectors in the UK. The successful candidate will be required to manage the call centre, overseeing the team and managing performance on a daily basis. This is an office-based role, so you will need to be within a commutable distance to rural Cheadle.

Main Duties:

  • Driving and motivating the team to ensure they remain motivated and successful
  • Coaching and developing the team to deliver improved performance
  • Understanding key metrics and utilising these to manage team performance
  • Setting KPIs/targets and ensuring these are hit by the team
  • Creating daily reports for management based on team performance
  • Understanding data and analysing it to identify areas for improvement
  • Responsible for understanding systems and the ability to develop these as necessary

About you:

  • Previous experience of managing a small team
  • Able to setting realistic KPI’s and targets
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Able to juggle multiple streams of work and prioritise workloads
  • Enthusiastic, driven and positive approach to work
