WORKING MONAY – FRIDAY 8.30 – 5PM

KPI Recruiting are working in conjunction with one of our core clients based in near to Hadley for the recruitment of a Customer Service Advisor to join the existing team of 10 Customer Advisors

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be based within the teamand will report directly to the Supervisor and will be responsible for processing orders, scheduling engineers and booking appointments, managing the engineer’s diary and ensuring that repairs are complete and on time.

The successful candidate will be a confident, professional and personable individual who has a good team ethic and is also confident working to deadlines and under timescales.

YOUR NEW ROLE

  • Deliver first-class customer service to client, all B2C with regards to products and services, receiving inbound calls on a daily basis of approx 100 calls per day
  • Schedule appointments for Warranty call outs and managing the diary
  • Using the SAP system to raise order and reconcile invoices
  • Schedule appointments for Commissioning, Assembly and Repairs
  • Ensuring all telephone calls are answered within a set time frame, dealing with telephone requests from our network of customers
  • Internally transfer calls to provide a great level of service and seamless experience for the customer
  • Respond to written enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Be an enthusiastic advocate for the products and brand, using product knowledge to build relationships that enhance customer experience and loyalty
  • Accurately record customer data in accordance with legal requirements under the Data
  • Support the Customer Service Supervisor with any other administrative duties

YOU WILL BE

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manor
  • A self-starter and disciplined lone worker yet able to work well as part of a team, supporting colleagues and promoting excellent team spirit
  • Confident in dealing with telephone and email queries
  • A natural listener and problem solver who is both empathetic and patient
  • Able to remain calm when dealing with emotional, difficult or distressed customers
  • Quick and accurate keyboard skills and experience of using databases
  • IT literate in a range of Microsoft and Google applications
  • Proven track record of telephone-based customer service
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
