Customer Support Advisor

Location: Middlewich

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8-5

Pay Rate: £13.33PH

Duration: Temporary Ongoing

Key Duties

  • Preparing and following up of quotations
  • Costing calculations
  • Negotiating with production on scheduling of delivers
  • Processing orders through Business Central
  • Preparation of product samples
  • Control of shipping and delivery methods
  • Dealing with queries and complaint resolution

Key Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and build strong working relationships with customer and colleagues alike
  • Great attention to detail with the ability to consistently maintain accuracy in a fast paced environment
  • Experience of exporting process along with an understanding of customs requirements
  • Excellent administration skills
